Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) has been an essential step to protecting staff and patients of dental practices for over a year now.
However, the protective benefit of wearing PPE is significantly reduced, if not entirely eliminated, if that dental PPE is not put on (donned) or removed (doffed) properly.
To aid dental healthcare workers in successfully donning and doffing their PPE in the safest possible way, CVOS has produced instructional videos on how to don/doff gowns and gloves, as well as on how to correctly wash their hands to protect themselves and others.
